The direct phone number for reservations is 512-329-4616, or brandy.boswell@omnihotels.com and refer to the reservation as ‘M-OSRP/UH meeting’ to obtain the negotiated room rate.

Please ask for Brandy Boswell or contact Jennifer Chin-Davis, jchindavis@uh.edu, 713-743-3524 with any issues or questions. Thank you.

By separate email, we will send: (1) the meeting agenda, and (2) an overview of our research program, with program and individual project goals, recent progress and plans - including new projects/initiatives within M-OSRP.

Attached, please find a Draft Agenda (PDF) for the 2014 M-OSRP Technical Review and Meeting.

Separately, the final date for making hotel reservations (at the meeting negotiated rate) is April 28. Please find the details of making hotel reservations below. Thank you.

When/after you make your reservations, please be kind enough to contact Jennifer Chin-Davis at jchindavis@uh.edu, 713-743-3524.

The latter is important and would be very much appreciated. That enables us to keep count with the hotel, and facilitates the logistics/planning of, for example, the meeting, and the meals and dinner.

Please note (on the attached agenda) that there is time on Friday, May 30 (or on the weekend) for individual one-on-one discussions and meetings with those attending the meeting. Please let me know. Thank you.
